Ms Narissarawan posted photos of her nephew's bruised and battered body. Narissarawan Kaewnopparat, niece of Pvt Wichian Puaksom, submitted a fresh petition Thursday with the OAG asking for fair treatment. Phanchot Boonsiri, who heads the investigation section of the OAG, received the complaint from Ms Narisarawan. Maj Phuri, who was a captain at the time, was one of Pvt Wichian's commanders. Mr Phanchot said Ms Narisarawan's letter would be processed by a screening panel before being submitted to the attorney-general.
